David joined Harbour Underwriting as an underwriter in early 2021. David has more than 18 years’ underwriting experience. He typically works on large, complex, and often high-profile cases brought in the UK and other jurisdictions. In addition to assessing new proposals, David assists in monitoring the portfolio of insured cases.
